Whitebait celebrates the best seasonal, local produce and New Zealand seafood. – they focus on the freshest ingredients, cooked simply, using theirJosper charcoal fired oven.  In celebrating the best of New Zealand the interior features southern beech, rewa rewa and our stunning paua shell chandelier –  they offer a relaxing interior and spectacular views across the Wellington Waterfront.
