Thornbury Pinot Noir - As the world’s southernmost wine region, Central Otago’s climate is pretty extreme but our Pinot Noir is tough, thriving on these dry, silty slopes. Perfumed with wild thyme, black cherry and dark berry fruit, it’s plush, plummy, slippery in the mouth and edged with earthy spices and cocoa.
