To reach an Elite Threshold gift, you need to have earned the required amount of Status Points within your current Elite membership year. For more information on this, please refer to the Elite benefits page.

You need to have selected your gift within one year of reaching the Status Point threshold as outlined in our terms and conditions.
Each of the experiences will have validity dates related to that specific gift option which should be outlined on the product page as well as the voucher once selected.

If you have already selected a gift and need to change your delivery address, please contact us using the form within the main menu or by emailing Elitegifts@airnz.co.nz as soon as possible. For general account updates, please log in to your Air New Zealand Profile.

Yes, we will be developing new offers and adding more experience options over the coming months. Next time you reach an Elite gift, there will likely be some familiar favourites, as well as a new refreshed selection to choose from.

If there is a specific gift that you had previously seen that no longer seems available, feel free to contact us and let us know. This may be something that we can still arrange under special circumstances.

These are valid for one year from the date they are added to your account and will automatically expire if unused at the end of that time. If for some reason this drops out of your account within the year, please contact us on Elitegifts@airnz.co.nz and we can have this added back to ensure you have the full chance to make use of your gift. Please remember that upgrade confirmation is subject to space availability and our standard Airpoints terms and conditions will apply.
