1. This gift is only available to customers who are current Air New Zealand Elite Airpoints Members and who have received the Elite gift email addressed to them from Air New Zealand.

2. This gift must be selected within 365 days of receipt of the Elite gift email sent to the Elite customer from Air New Zealand.

3. The customer is solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically included in the gift description that are incurred by the customer or their guest, including, without limitation, meals & drinks not otherwise included in the voucher, alcohol, transport or parking, extra flights, taxes, spending money, accommodation, activities, personal expenses, travel and health insurance, and any other incidentals.

4. This gift is not transferable, non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.

5. The gift must be used by the dates specified on the voucher received after selection. If the winner is unable to use the gift within 365 days of selection, it will be forfeited.

9. Air New Zealand accepts no responsibility for any variation in gift value and reserves the right to substitute the gift in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute gift of equal or greater value.

10. Air New Zealand assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of gift selections. Air New Zealand assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition.

11. To the extent permitted by law, neither Air New Zealand nor any other person or party associated with this Elite Threshold Gift shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect and/or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the gift offered including for the avoidance of doubt; inability to travel or redeem the gift for any reason.

12. The promoter collects entrant’s personal information in order to conduct the gift selection and redemption process. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Acceptance of the gift is deemed consent for Air New Zealand to use the customer’s details provided for fulfilment of the gift. All information will be held and used by Air New Zealand and may be accessed and amended at the customer’s request.

13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and the courts of New Zealand shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising there from.
